  "message": "Remove Skia typeface checks in CFX_Face while keeping Fontations\n\nRemove the parallel equivalence assertions, Skia typeface probes, and\ndead typeface checks in CFX_Face, but retain the underlying Fontations\nfont-query functionality.\n\nThe previous attempt to eliminate typeface checks inadvertently removed\nthe Fontations logic because the Fontations queries were nested inside\nPDF_ENABLE_SKIA_TYPEFACE_CHECKS preprocessor blocks.\n\nThis change untangles the two features: it removes the obsolete\npdf_enable_skia_typeface_checks GN argument and preprocessor define,\nwhile preserving a direct runtime backend switch between Fontations and\nFreeType via CFX_Face::IsFontations().
