[Skia] Suppress multiple corpus tests for FRC_3.5_part1

Multiple corpus tests in testing/corpus/fx/FRC_3.5_part1/ contain the
same image object, which is rendered smaller than expected when Skia
is enabled. Suppress these tests so that we can enable corpus tests
on Skia bots in the future.
