Increase `CPDF_Parser::kMaxObjectNumber`

PDFs with object numbers larger than the current arbitrary limit will
fail to parse. Prior to fixing https://crbug.com/439237853, those PDFs
could crash PDFium with CHECK() failures. Based on crash reports in
Google Chrome, there are real world PDFs with object numbers higher than
`CPDF_Parser::kMaxObjectNumber`. To make those PDFs work, increase the
limit.

Change-Id: Ie539acfd48af8bcdfbf7333e1c84c882bb66f1a4
Reviewed-on: https://pdfium-review.googlesource.com/c/pdfium/+/136051
Reviewed-by: dan sinclair <dsinclair@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Lei Zhang <thestig@chromium.org>
",
