  "message": "Add the complete list of clang GCS entries\n\nThe clang GCS entires that have been manually excluded may actually be\nuseful. e.g. For running code coverage analysis.\n\nCopy the clang GCS entries block in its entirety from Chromium. While\nthis adds more to the DEPS file, it is easier to update since\nroll_downstream_gcs_deps.py from depot_tools already can automate this\nstep. It is possible to change roll_downstream_gcs_deps.py to support\nthe existing GCS entries, but that require additional work to teach the\nscript how to. See https://crbug.com/461838013 for discussion.\n\nTo make the new entries work, add back the checkout_clang_* variables\nthat got removed from https://pdfium-review.googlesource.com/138490.\nSince they all default to False, the default PDFium checkout will not\nincrease in size.
