  "message": "Split text field code out of CPDF_GenerateAP::GenerateFormAP()\n\nMove text field code into GenerateTextFieldAP(). Unlike\nGenerateComboBoxAP(), GenerateTextFieldAP() takes a CPVT_VariableText\ninstead of a CPVT_VariableText::Provider.
