  "message": "core: allow building against system zlib\n\nIn a way similar to the existing USE_SYSTEM_LIBJPEG. The default is of\ncourse still the DEPS-based zlib checkout.\n\nChanges in v2:\n\n1) Since Chromium doesn\u0027t have //third_party:zlib (AKA a \"zlib\" target in\n//third_party/BUILD.GN) all the targets that depended on //third_party:zlib now\ndepend on third_party:zlib, which always points to PDFium\u0027s\nthird_party/BUILD.GN.
