  "message": "Fix incorrect matrix outputs in CPDF_PageContentGenerator\n\nWhen CPDF_PageContentGenerator generates content stream data for a page\nobject, it currently does not take the object\u0027s container\u0027s current\ntransformation matrix into account. As a result, the generated output\neffectively has the CTM applied twice for page objects whose CTM is not\nthe identity matrix, as shown in recently added PDFEditImgTest cases.\n\nChange CPDF_PageContentGenerator to take the CTM into account for images\nand forms. Then update the related PDFEditImgTest cases so they pass\nwith the expected results.
