Remove tif_zip.c from the build.

Building with ZIP_SUPPORT in libtiff was disabled last year. In turn,
there is no need to compile tif_zip.c, or even have the file in the
source tree.

- * This file is simply an interface to the zlib library written by
- * Jean-loup Gailly and Mark Adler. You must use version 1.0 or later

- * the ability to write the zlib header multiple times (one per strip)
