[Skia] Update the Skia and SkiaPaths expectations for path_9.pdf

CL[1] has fixed the issue that dashed lines are rendered with
overlapping colors in path_9.pdf when Skia is enabled. This CL updates
both the Skia and SkiaPaths expectations for this corpus test so that
it can pass.
