Update LCD glyph width expectation in TestType1Face

Adjust expected LCD glyph width in TestType1Face from 18 to 24 to
account for 5-tap LCD filter padding. This test currently early-exits
on CQ because bots do not pass --fontations when running unittests,
but needs to be corrected before bots run unittests with the
Fontations backend.
