Fix embedder test FPDFEditPageEmbedderTest.Rotation for Skia.

With Skia/SkiaPaths enabled, Skia's own way of hairline handling
caused the discrepancy comparing to AGG's expected results.
Since this discrepancy is minor and expected to happen when
rectangles are relatively small, this CL adds the expected results
for Skia to make the embedder test pass.
